Licensed as a real estate broker since 1999, Chris has built his career on expert negotiation, strategic guidance, and a client-first approach that has earned the trust of generations of families. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from University of California San Diego, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Arizona State University, combining strong business acumen with decades of market expertise. Whether representing buyers in competitive negotiations or helping sellers maximize their home’s value, Chris is committed to delivering exceptional results through experience, integrity, and personalized service.

Megan Simone leads The Simone Team’s expansion into the San Diego market. As a licensed California real estate agent, she combines a decade of experience in real estate marketing with a passion for helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their goals. Megan is also the founder of Blue Coast Visuals, a San Diego-based real estate media company specializing in photography, videography, drone services, and listing marketing for agents and developers. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Digital Marketing from Arizona State University, graduating in just three years. Her background in digital marketing and real estate media allows her to develop strategic marketing campaigns that maximize a home’s exposure and help listings stand out in today’s competitive market.
